Electronic record and platform scope
This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the applicable rules made thereunder. It is published in line with the general disclosure approach followed for Indian e-commerce and digital service platforms.
By accessing, browsing, registering, or placing an order on RunePin, you agree to these Terms together with the linked privacy, refund, and other platform policies.
Account details and customer responsibility
You must provide true, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order. You remain responsible for all activity that occurs using your account, phone number, email address, or login session.
For top-ups, game currency, prepaid balances, subscription activations, and gift cards, you are solely responsible for entering the correct user ID, server ID, player tag, email address, phone number, game region, and any other destination or redemption details required for successful delivery.
Digital products, delivery, and fulfilment
RunePin provides digital products and services such as game top-ups, in-game currency, prepaid balances, vouchers, gift cards, and related digital fulfilment. Certain orders may be delivered instantly, while others may require manual review, stock confirmation, payment verification, anti-fraud screening, or third-party partner processing.
Any delivery timeline shown on the platform is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays caused by payment verification, issuer checks, publisher systems, partner downtime, or incorrect customer details may affect fulfilment time.
Completed orders, wrong details, and cancellation limits
Once a digital order has been successfully processed, credited, activated, or delivered to the account or code destination supplied by you, it will normally be treated as completed and may not be cancelled, reversed, exchanged, or edited.
If you submit incorrect delivery details, redeem a code on the wrong account, or request a change after successful processing, RunePin may be unable to reverse the transaction. Orders are therefore subject to the refund limitations stated in the Refund Policy.
Payments, fraud checks, and restricted use
All prices, promotions, and availability may change without prior notice. RunePin may hold, reject, or cancel any order that appears suspicious, duplicated, fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of promotional rules, payment security checks, or platform safety controls.
Digital products sold by RunePin are intended for lawful personal use only. Misuse, resale where prohibited, abuse of promotions, unauthorized commercial redistribution, or use in violation of a game publisher's, code issuer's, or payment platform's rules is prohibited.
Liability, governing law, and jurisdiction
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RunePin shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform or from delays caused by third-party networks, publishers, payment partners, code issuers, or force majeure events.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer rights and mandatory legal requirements, disputes relating to the platform or its transactions shall be subject to the courts having jurisdiction in Rajouri, Jammu and Kashmir.
